Amidst the healthy clashes in Bollywood, there are some clashes which you wish could be averted. We have seen few and few are lined up. Believing the strong buzz floating around, makers of Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 are eyeing to clash Ranveer Singh’s Simmba at the box office.
Christmas 2018 is arriving in the midweek and Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero is releasing on 21st December 2018 to ripe up the Christmas weekend. Ranveer Singh’s Simmba is releasing a week later on 28th December to have the New Year’s advantage. But now the reports are floating in that makers of Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 are trying to fit in the movie in the same time frame.
Salman Khan, who is currently busy with Race 3 will start working on Bharat and Dabangg 3 post this. Apparently, Salman has chosen to ignore clashing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero and gone against Ranveer instead.
Talking about his last released film Padmaavat, Ranveer said: “It’s doing something I had never imagined. It’s one of those rare films that sort of encompasses everything, be it critical acclaim, commercial success or love of the audience.”
He said that Padmaavat is one of those rare movies that can be remembered 10-15 years down the line and people will still appreciate it then because of its timeless quality.
Ranveer has an interesting line-up of films which includes Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, Rohit Shetty’s Simmba and Kabir Khan’s 83.
Dabangg, which released in 2010 had a successful journey at the box office, leading its makers to venture into Dabangg 2 in 2012, and eventually into the upcoming Dabangg 3. Arbaaz says the audience and the world of entertainment has changed rapidly in these many years.
