Tiger Zinda Hai has a Record Breaking Monday – Enjoys Christmas Holiday

Salman Khan mania has gripped the nation and his film Tiger Zinda Hai is ruling the theaters like a king. Audience across the country, from single screens to high end multiplexes, is showing huge footfalls which is phenomenal. Only Baahubali 2 had such hysteria in 2017 and TZH has brought that back.

After recording the Highest Opening Weekend of All Time for Bollywood with 114.93 crore collections, Tiger Zinda Hai has once again earned a record breaking money on 1st Monday. Yesterday was a big holiday of Christmas which boosted TZH’s earnings.

The occupancy from morning was around 65% and it rose to 85% till the night. North has been exceptional but other regions too, has shown a massive occupancy. Being a holiday, Indian families have turned up for this action thriller and youngsters were always going to be there as Salman Khan is one of the most loved superstars of India.

Early trade reports suggest that Tiger Zinda Hai has collected historic 40+ crore on its 1st Monday. The official number can be in the range of 42-43 crore. TZH will be beating Baahubali 2 in Highest Monday Collections of All Time. It has minted 40.25 crore on Monday.

The total of Tiger Zinda Hai is around 156.93 in just 4 days. Crossing 150 crore mark in 4 days is a feat you won’t witness frequently, in fact, it’s rare. This is a mega stardom of Salman Khan. Tiger Zinda Hai is Salman Khan’s 12th 100 crore club movie, the highest by any actor.

Now, from today, normal weekdays have started. This phase is crucial for the movie as it will give a clear idea how much Tiger Zinda Hai will be collecting as its lifetime total. If it can maintain an earning range of 18-20 crore/day, 300 crore is a definite possibility.

Fans of Salman Khan and trade will be watching if Tiger Zinda Hai can beat Bajrangi Bhaijaan to become Salman Khan’s Highest Grossing Film of All Time, cross 350 crore mark and beat Dangal’s 387 crore. Only time will tell.
